1. Dazzl.Us is a Service targeted to two groups of people. One of them comprises creative people who want to show their works to others (we will call them Artists). Artists can publish their works as well as comment the works of others Users. The other group are so called Players who wish to use the Service as a medium for investing in Artists' stocks. This differentiation is only conventional because every User has access to all functions of the Service.

2.This Terms of Use document pertains to the Service located under the domain dazzl.us and is available at http://dazzl.us/terms. The Operator reserves the right to make modifications to this document after it has been published at the given address.

3. The User can use the Service provided that he/she accepts this Terms of Use and gives the following information necessary for the registration process: User name, password, e-mail address.

4. Every User can have only one account. In case of suspicion that the User uses more than one account, the Operator has the right to lock it.

5. You agree to indemnify the Operator harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any content you post or share on or through the Service, your use of the Service, any violation of this Terms of Use or of any law or the rights of any third party.

6. The User can only use the Service in a way which does not violate this Terms of Use and the law and adheres to social rules and good manners.

7. The works published in the Service by the User can not violate the law, social rules, religious beliefs and rights of other people. By publishing the work the User declares that he/she has full copyrights for it.

8. User comments and posts in the forum can not violate the law, social rules and religious beliefs of other people. They also can not be racist and violate other Users' rights.

9. The User can rate the works of other Users. Every work can be rated only once by a particular User. It is forbidden to rate works too low for reasons such as revenge.

10. In case of violation of this Terms of Use by the User, the Operator has the right to delete or lock the User's account without a warning and without the right to appeal.

11. The User will not be able to delete his/her own acount or content posted to the Service (that is for example: works, comments and posts in the forum). The Operator however has the right to remove any content posted by the User without a warning and without giving a reason.

12. Every attempts to breach the security of the Service will be logged and will cause the User's account to be locked, without the right to any explanation or appeal.

13. The Operator is not responsible for:

• content posted by the Users in the Service,
• correct functioning of the Service,
• consequences of improper use of the Service by its Users,
• loss of content posted by the Users and contigent material loss resulting from it,
• Users's losses in case the data used to access their accounts has been acquired by a third party.

14. The Operator reserves the right to:

• disable the Service without notice,
• make changes to functionalities of the Service, as well as to remove them,
• stop providing the Service.
